Wayne is Financial Security Advisor based in the GTA and licensed across Canada in BC, AB, MB, ON, QC, and NB. He is known for his ability to understand people and their businesses by leveraging emotional, cultural, and industry intelligence. He is committed to helping families and businesses from coast to coast to position them for growth, sustainability, and eventual succession.

Much of his professional background has been based in Information Technology, with 25 years of experience in Risk Management for Cybersecurity in Canada and the US. Today he pivoted to the Financial Services industry bringing his risk methodology mindset to help families and businesses optimize their succession planning and estates while avoiding unnecessary taxation. An avid youth mentor and speaker in the community. He has also developed young adult programming at the City of North York (Toronto), The Canadian Association for Community Development, Y.A.A.A.C.E (Youth Association for Academics, Athletics, and Character Education) and 100Strong. Wayne is also a proud and longstanding teacher of personal economics for Junior Achievement of Canada.

Wayne holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester and several IT Security related certifications. He is also an HLLQP licensed insurance agent and a certified coach with the Certified Coaches Federation. He has been married to his college sweetheart Angie for over 33 years and has two adult children.
